Civils Supervisor (Weekend Work)

**Pay**: £350.00 per day (Saturday & Sunday only)
**Expenses**: Paid mileage, subsistence and accommodation (if required)

**The Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Civils Supervisor** to oversee weekend operations on a 12-week project. The role will involve supervising groundworks and associated installations, coordinating site activities and ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You will act as the dedicated point of contact on site, supervising subcontractors and direct labour and maintaining safe working areas whilst supporting the delivery of external works, **including trench and ducting works, car park barrier and traffic furniture installations.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate groundwork and installation activities on site
- Ensure safe working areas are established and maintained, including laydown areas for new materials
- Act as the dedicated site supervisor and point of contact
- Liaise with the Westmann management team, client representatives and subcontractors
- Conduct works in a safe, compliant and non-disruptive manner
- Monitor progress, keep daily records and ensure works remain on programme
- Maintain site cleanliness, PPE compliance and high health & safety standards
- Support completion, handover and sign-off processes

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Civils Supervisor, Site Supervisor or similar role within construction or civil engineering
- Strong background in supervising groundworks, external works or car park/traffic installations
- Valid **CSCS card** (Gold or Black preferred)
- **SSSTS** or higher (required)
- First Aid at Work (preferred)
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and travel/stay overnight if required
- Proficient with digital reporting systems, site records and photographs
