**Regional Client Partner - Customer Office Strategy and Consulting**

**Location**:Remote with occasional travel to London and other UK locations.

Are you passionate about enhancing customer-centric practices and driving strategic growth? We are looking for a dynamic Partner to join our team and lead the delivery of Strategy and Consulting for the Customer Office in our United Kingdom and Europe region.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation by:
**Customer Centricity Custodian**:

- Provide visibility of strategically important Workforce Solution (such as our Managed Services and Recruitment Process Outsourcing) customers in terms ofactivity, satisfaction, and opportunities.
- Implement and develop a Listening Framework, including quarterly NPS reports.
- Conduct customer centric benchmarking across our WFS customers.
- Collaborate with brand leaders to identify risks and opportunities and respond with strategic plans.
- Recommend and implement tools and best practices to enhance customer centricity.
- Coordinate the reporting of customer-centric data and raise standards across the organization.
- Drive growth through protecting or accelerating key strategic WFS customers.

**Regional Customer Support**:

- Deliver customer-facing Strategy and Consulting services, providing updates and outputs from consultancy projects.
- Facilitate customer-facing consultancy assignments, including workshops and reports.
- Conduct reviews to prioritize WFS customers and ensure effective support.
- Drive a holistic approach to customer centricity, connecting relevant Brand program teams and resources.
- Oversee reviews of key WFS customers to identify risks and opportunities.
- Assess the delivery of services and consult with Brand Leaders on appropriate services.
- Monitor Customer Experience metrics, including satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Develop Brand capabilities for program management fundamentals.
- Recommend key account strategies to drive retention and growth.
- Ensure leaders are aware of key findings and market intelligence.
- Drive collaboration across WFS accounts, Brands, and Regions.
- Support sales opportunities and lead the implementation of strategies and plans.
- Promote our culture of Virtuosity and customer centricity, communicating the Group's culture, vision, and mission.
- Maintain regular cadence with Brand MDs and Operational/Sales Leads.

**Experience Required**:

- 5 to 10 years of MSP and/or staffing experience.
- Proven experience in customer strategy, consulting, program maturity and or workforce solutions.
- Evidenced leadership capability with the aptitude to influence and drive collaboration.
- A deep understanding of customer-centric frameworks and business growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
