A Bold, Game-Changing Opportunity in Risk Assurance

The risk assurance market is undergoing a seismic transformation. With Private Equity investment reshaping the landscape and disrupting long-standing incumbents, our client is at the forefront of this change—driving innovation, scale, and efficiency in a historically static market.

This is
not
a typical Risk Assurance Partner role. This is a growth-led Partner role where market expansion leads the agenda, supported by delivery excellence and strong leadership. It offers a transparent, performance-linked equity pathway with multi-million-pound exit potential at five years, tied to clearly defined business-development milestones. In practical terms, the equity you build will mirror sustained success in originating opportunities, winning pursuits, and expanding key accounts—underpinned by high-quality delivery and effective team leadership.

Why This Role Stands Apart

Our client is a rapidly scaling, privately owned AI-enabled firm leveraging the infrastructure, brand, and expertise of a 450-strong Big 4 trained specialist team based in India. Our client will disrupt the market dominated by the large professional services firms with a business model that offers clients a significant cost advantage while maintaining premium delivery quality.

As a Partner, you will not only lead but
own
the growth of new geographical markets, with equity-linked rewards directly tied to your individual business development success. This is a unique chance to create and monetise real enterprise value while playing a leading role in the reinvention of risk assurance consulting.

Core of the Role

This role is BD first, always. Value accrues from BD-led milestones (revenue, margin quality, retention, regional EBIT). No BD → no equity value. Everything else supports that mission.

  • Focus on origination and growth:
pipeline build, pursuits, proposals, pricing, and account expansion.
  • Market Disruption
    – Actively challenge incumbent firms by delivering a differentiated, cost-efficient service proposition underpinned by deep technical capability.

Your Responsibilities

  • Client Delivery Oversight
    – Manage and quality-assure complex internal audit, programme assurance, and risk transformation engagements.
  • Advisory Influence & Local Regional Support
    – Present to Audit Committees, advise Boards and C-suites on risk strategy, control frameworks, emerging risks, and assurance of major programmes.
  • Brand Building & GTM Strategy
    – Develop regional thought leadership through events, public speaking, and a visible social media presence.
  • Team Collaboration
    – Partner closely with the offshore delivery centre (450+ professionals) to scale high-impact consulting solutions efficiently and effectively.

What We're Looking For

  • A current Director or Partner with a proven track record in internal audit and risk consulting.
  • Deep client relationships and market credibility in your region, with a hunger to build a multimillion-pound/euro portfolio.
  • Strategic leadership experience in risk assurance across large, complex organisations.
  • Trusted boardroom advisor capable of influencing Audit Committees, CFOs, and senior executives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a clear drive for equity value creation.
  • Expertise in delivering risk transformation, internal audit outsourcing, and assurance on major programmes.

This Is for You If...

  • You want to
    build
, not just operate—this is about creating a business within a business.
  • You're ready to step out of a traditional firm and join a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • You want to tie your personal financial success directly to the value you create—with a multimillion equity exit strategy built into the journey.

Next Steps

We are currently hiring Partners in the
UK, Western Europe, and the Middle East
. If you are an ambitious and commercially driven senior leader ready to take on this bold, rewarding challenge—
we want to hear from you.
