Job Title: Head Barista/Supervisor for Routemaster Afternoon Tea Service

Location: Wandsworth

**Salary**: Between £13 to £15 per hour depending on experience

Are you a seasoned Barista looking to step up into a leadership role? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Supervisor for our Routemaster Afternoon Tea Service in Central London.

As a Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations aboard our Routemaster bus, ensuring that our passengers receive an unforgettable experience. You will lead by example, providing guidance and support to the Barista team while also engaging with passengers and maintaining the highest standards of service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Barista team, including assigning tasks and providing training and support as needed.
- Ensure that beverages are prepared and served to the highest standards, meeting quality and presentation guidelines.
- Engage with passengers in a friendly and welcoming manner, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed, ensuring sufficient stock at all times.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
