We are currently recruiting for a **Head Barista / Supervisor** to be a part of our integral team at** 30 Fenchurch Street, EC3M 3BD**

- £12.95 per hour
- Full time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with weekends off
- Shifts ranging between 7am - 5.30pm

**What you'll be doing**:

- Oversee the front of house operation
- Processing invoices and placing orders/stocktake
- Leading a team of 6 baristas
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Making drinks and some food preparation
- Perform daily paper/computer work as assigned
- Operating the till, taking payments and keep any financial records required
- Clean front and back of house areas
- Stocking up and stock rotation
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
- Undertake relevant training as required

**Experience**:

- Previous barista experience is desirable
- Coffee knowledge
- CTC security clearance required
- Excellent customer service skills and a great team player
