**You will be...**

The Barista Supervisor/Senior Barista assists the Head Barista and supervises to ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests and company assets. He/She manages shifts while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.

The nature of the job demands the following skills and abilities - an appreciation for coffee and specialty drinks, well-schooled in using grinders, espresso machines, and other tools; artistic skills, multitasking skills, detail-oriented nature, team player, and strong customer service skills. Typically, a high school diploma is needed, however, some hold a special barista certification.
