**Job title**:
Accommodation Resourcing Administrator

**About the role**:
To ensure all College accommodation requirements are managed efficiently with all course, event and staff requirements being resourced in the most economical way, ensuring that accommodation utilisation is maximised where possible.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Plan and manage accommodation resources to ensure business objectives are met in relevant business areas. Develop and deliver annual performance plans and KPIs in line with FSC strategic objectives.
- Monitor and report on performance against KPIs and objectives.
- Contribute to the longer term FSC strategic business planning by bringing forward commercially sound ideas and proposals.
- Work with other Managers and teams across the business to deliver on cross functional projects and to ensure own area is engaged with colleagues across the business.
- Liaise with other key teams including facilities management to plan resources, costs and overheads in line with budget, bring forward proposals to reduce costs and/or increase revenue.
- Manage and monitor budgets, take action to deal with any variances. Manage budget effectively and in line with Capita procedures and ensure value for money.
- To ensure that all courses, events and staff accommodation requirements are managed and resourced effectively.
- To ensure that all accommodation payments, for which you are responsible, are processed efficiently.
- To ensure that all associated catering requirements are provided for accommodation bookings.
- To manage all necessary off-site accommodation and associated transport requirements.
- To communicate with internal and external customers to ensure a consistently high standard of customer service with regards to all areas of service provision.
- To ensure that all courses are correctly administered and supported, providing clear and detailed information with reference to accommodation reservations.
- To provide first line support to customer’s administrative staff, dealing with their requirements quickly and efficiently.
- To deputise for the team leader as required, supporting team members and coordinating activities.
- Provide support to Managers/Budget Holders with accurate monthly financial information to support decision making.
- Partner with Managers to drive operational efficiency through solid understanding of overheads/expenses.
