Concrete Production Operative

**Summary**

To work within the Wildcare ecology team at producing our range of concrete wildlife habitat products. No previous experience is needed as training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Ensure efficient and maximised production of our range.
- Work within production casting and de-moulding concrete.
- Grind finished products as part of the manufacturing process.
- Uphold a high standard of quality control.
- Maintain work areas and tools.
- Assist with cost control, ordering and stock as required.
- Work efficiently & effectively to meet deadlines, prioritising and managing time and resources accordingly.
- Reach out for support if/when things get too much and/or if you need help.

- Excellent organisational & administrative skills.
- Attentive to details.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Relevant work experience.

**Desirable**:

- An interest in Ecology or wildlife conservation is a real bonus.

The role will be based in Longborough, near Moreton-in-Marsh, sharing the same site as StowAg.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
