THE ROLE:
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious IT Support Analyst / IT Support Engineer to join an established and expanding IT Support team in Central London (only a few minutes' walk from Bank station). You will be working with the UK Offices to provide bothhelp desk and server support, laying down the IT infrastructure for the growth of the UK Offices.

This role would suit an IT Support Analyst who has a background as an IT Support Technician / 2nd Line Support Engineer.

You'll be working in a proactive and results oriented environment installing and upgrading software, maintaining hardware, providing user account management, and maintaining the backup system.

In this IT Support Engineer role, full and ongoing certification and training support is provided along with the opportunity to grow your career as the business develops.

EXPERIENCE:
For this IT Support Engineer / IT Support Analyst role, you must have:

- Background as an IT Support Technician / 2nd Line Support Engineer
- Exposure to 3rd line support
- Experience with both BAU and project support
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, networking, Office 365 and Active Directory
- Smartphone hardware and software experience: iPhone, Android and Windows
- Experience using Microsoft Hyper-V
- Excellent communication skills in order to work with people across the business
