A Technical Support Manager with technical expertise in radar or security sensor systems will provide technical support, manage demonstrations and deliver training to optimize the companys radar systems performance.Travel will be required for approximately 25% of the time including Internationally. Ideally qualified to Degree level (or equivalent technical qualification) in an Electronics Engineering discipline, youll hold a full driving License and be willing and able to travel both domestically and Internationally. Previous experience with training customers is highly beneficial. Key Requirements: Electronic Engineering related qualification. Proven experience of radar or security sensor systems or similar. Technical support experience. Full Driving License & ability to travel to deliver demonstrations and training. Excellent customer facing skills. In this Technical Support Manager role you will primarily support customers with technical queries, providing technical training and demonstrations. Reporting to the COO and working closely with project engineers, sales and engineering teams; you will take responsibility for achieving resolution of technical issues with the radar equipment, ensuring demo sites are fully operational for training as well as maintaining a robust RMA process that meets compliance standards.
