The Property department has a Programme Management Office (PMO) to support the delivery of its many projects throughout the world, and to ensure it delivers consistent experience people love for life. The PMO has been established as an in-house function to be a centre of excellence delivering value to Property and the wider business. The purpose of this role is to provide support and co-ordination to the PMO function and wider Property department. This role will act as a central point of co-ordination between all project leads (development and delivery) and the PMO. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Providing support and co-ordination to the PMO function and wider Property department. - Act as conduit between all project leads (development and delivery) and the PMO - Co-ordinate, collate and prepare all monthly reporting - Lead the maturing of our risk management and change control processes - Support colleagues with training - Utilise standardised project management tools to support a smooth project delivery - Facilitate the execution of risk management activities and/or the embedding of these activities into the "business as usual" processes - To engender a culture of foresight of threats and opportunities on the programme, with honest and timely communication of possible impacts or trends - To support and promote the timely identification of risks by all members of the delivery and engineering teams by co-ordinating and facilitating risk reviews and workshops **WHAT YOU-LL NEED** - Previous experience of working in the Project Support role in a large company - Relevant experience in construction/workplace and risk management/PMO. - Good understanding of project management principles - Proficient communication and organisational skills - Degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred - Expert user in relevant software (MS Office) **SO WHY US?** Bring all this to the home of premium innovation, and you'll find the opportunities to further your career with a world-class team, a discounted car purchase and lease scheme for you and your family, membership of a competitive pension plan and performance related bonus scheme.
