Admin Team Co-Ordinator The closing date is 16 December 2025 Band 4 Admin Team Co-Ordinator Fixed Term 1 year - Full Time 37.5 hours per week based at Swanswell Point PREVIOUS APPLICANTS NEED NOT APPLY Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity now available and we are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to line manage and co-ordinate the administrative staff functions within the Community Mental Health Team in Swanswell Point. You will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills to apply for the role of Admin Team Coordinator based at Swanswell Point, Coventry. Main duties of the job The post holder will need to provide oversight to the roles of the administrative staff in the provision of a comprehensive administration & data co-ordination support service, supporting the Senior Admin Lead. You will be acutely aware of maintaining confidentiality and you will be used to managing many competing priorities on a daily basis. We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements. We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic person who has excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and a high level knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, MS Teams etc). This is a very busy role and the successful candidate will need to be able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a busy environment without direct supervision to meet challenging demands. Job responsibilities In addition to the above, the Postholder will have experience of working in a line management role. Combining high standards and commitment with experience and excellent communication both written and verbal alongside having exceptional organisational skills are essential for this post. Person Specification Qualifications Good General Education (e.g. GCSE English and Maths A-C) QCF Business Administration Level 3 Experience Competent working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access) Experience of working in a busy office / customer care environment Secretarial experience for senior managers/ directors Diary Management Experience of minute taking Knowledge Articulate with excellent communication / customer care skills both written and verbal demonstrating sympathy and compassion Advanced keyboard / IT skills Ability to manage and prioritise own and other's workload and use own initiative Ability to work autonomously Excellent organisation skills and ability to multitask Excellent time management skills ability to prioritise conflicting demands in order to meet deadlines Excellent knowledge and understanding of office procedures Ability to problem solve and deal professionally with complaints Understand confidentiality and apply the principles in everyday working practice Other Ability to travel to multiple sites Disclosure and Barring Service Check This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
