**Network Transport Co-ordinator**:
Menzies Distribution are looking for an Express Network Trunking Co-ordinator to join the team providing a first-class service in Coventry. You’ll be working on behalf of Menzies Distribution Limited and its customers.

**Details**:

- Location: Coventry
- Salary: £28k - £32k Per Annum (Determined by which shift pattern is taken)
- Hours: 42.5 Per Week
- Roles Available: 1 AM Role / 1 PM Role
- Monthly Pay
- Parking Onsite

**Transport Co-ordinator Duties**:

- Set up the schedule for the day’s deliveries into Transport Management System (TMS), liaise with Menzies transport teams and third-party providers to confirm resources and maintain tracker of trunking operations
- Manage incidents, making appropriate decision, escalations and communicating out network impact.
- Support service providers to execute the Primary Transport plans, co-ordinating relevant information between customers and Menzies operations.
- Liaise with key customers and internal service providers, ensure stand trailer operations are set up correctly each day to support the trunking operations.
- Monitor and record asset tracking, including but not limited to trailers, pallets.
- Control and manage pallet returns from Menzies locations to customer locations.
- Provide customers with driver and vehicle details for each collection.
- Ad-hoc planning and optimisation for certain customer activities.
- Update and maintain trunking operations reporting. Drive compliance across the network in providing timely and relevant information for trunking reports, including exception reporting.
- Communicate and advise customers and service providers of any variations to plan.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong analytical skills and computer literacy
- Experience of Transport Management Systems
- Transport operations, driver legislation and related processes
- Effective team member
- Microsoft Office including Excel
- Data manipulation and analytical capabilities, lateral thinking
- Communication and influencing, a relationship builder
- Confident in challenging stakeholders and public relations
- **9. **Independent, with ability to organise workload and maintain deadlines under own initiative
