We offer diverse roles and development opportunities for everyone, from early career to senior roles. Severn Trent’s Transport team repairs and maintains a fleet of over 2,900 vehicles. We need a Fleet Coordinator in Coventry to provide day‑to‑day workshop support. While transport/fleet experience is nice to have, an administrative background is essential. You will: Arrange workshops with internal customers to deliver 5/5 customer service and support vehicle replacements. Manage customer accounts with external suppliers to ensure excellent delivery, specification and service. Produce data and reports to monitor and improve vehicle downtime and support KPI checks. Order PPE for colleagues and respond to workshop requests. Develop relationships with customers, identify future opportunities and respond to their needs. Operate from the headquarter office in Coventry Monday‑Friday, travelling to meetings and workshops as planned. What You’ll Bring To The Role An administrative background, handling emails, ordering PPE and managing data and reports. Experience in transport/fleet is a bonus but not essential. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, working with the direct team, wider Transport team and internal customers. A strong character with confidence, openness to difficult conversations and a caring attitude.
