As we go through an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

**The Role**
As a Regulatory Compliance Co-ordinator, you will ensure our network of training providers complies with our quality standards and our Assessors are monitored in line with our QA strategy.
Reporting to the Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will organise quality assurance activities, process EQA reports and support the scheduling and delivery of EQA standardisation.
Additionally, you will:

- Organise the validation of assessment decisions through moderation and verification
- Support the monitoring of Assessor and/or EQA performance
- Contribute to the Product Management Group
**About You**
To join us as a Regulatory Compliance Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Experience operating quality assurance systems and processes
- Experience of processing information, analysing data and producing reports suitable for the audience
- Experience reporting data and identifying errors
- An understanding of the ISO processes relating to quality assurance
- The ability to maintain quality system processes and document audit trails
- An understanding of contractual processes
- The ability to convey simple numerical information suitable to the audience
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own transport (due to our location)
