**Job Title: MP&L Project Co-ordinator**

**Rate**:£28.00 ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or **£21.35 **ph PAYE**

**Key accountabilities**:

- MP&L Project Co-ordination of a Low Volume Vehicle Build Program.
- MP&L Liaison or primary point of contact a Remote Partner.
- General release and follow up activities, including issuing schedules to Suppliers, agreeing delivery dates, managing catch back plans.
- Support with BoM Validation Activities.
- Responsible for creating BoM or picklists to the Warehouse Team.
- Support the delivery of new processes or systems to deliver this new role.
- Support Co-ordination of the Warehouse Operational Team, closely liaising with the Warehouse Supervisory Team.
- Support daily department Start-up or EOS meetings.
- Support daily Start-up or EOS meetings with the wider Oxford Road Team and Remote Partner.
- Ability to communicate at Director Level and confidently present self-prepared reports.
- Support additional reasonable requests related to the role.

**Essential**:

- Experience with an MP&L support role.
- Experience of working with complex data or BoM’s.
- Experience of working with suppliers, not afraid to challenge complacency.
- Excellent MS Excel skills, including a working knowledge of Look Ups and Pivot Tables.
- Experience of creating senior summary reports.
- To work flexibly to support business needs as and when required.

**Desirable**:

- Experience of working within the Automotive Sector.
- Experience or knowledge of an operational warehouse.
