**Job Overview**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator to join our friendly, motivated office-based team to assist us with significant growth and ambitious future plans.

**Role Objectives and Responsibilities**

To be a key member of the team working on a range of customer accounts, the key objectives are as follows:

- Support Project Managers on projects and administration.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all project delivery deadlines and objectives are met on time.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
- Maintaining an accurate forecast of projects and project plans to keep an eye on project progress
- Aiding sales and Project Managers with any leads or industry insights

**Role Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following characteristics:

- Demonstrated experience in project management and estimating, preferably in the retail displays industry.
- Good level of general technical knowledge to give a better understanding of the various solutions that you will be overseeing.
- Confident communicator who is comfortable in a client facing situation.
- Good level of numeracy.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience of managing multiple requirements concurrently
- Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
