Administrator - 6 Month Contract

**Administrator required for a 6-month contract, working for a value driven not-for-profit business, with a truly amazing team The offices are based in Blackpool and once trained hybrid options can be available. The role would suit someone with excellentadministrative skills, who is confident to pick up new systems and processes and can communicate well with all levels of people. The role is immediately available and offers a salary of up to £21,000pa, pro rata, dependent upon experience**
**What will you be doing as an Administrator?**
- Logging all out of hours works and providing administrative support in relation to housing repairs
- Managing 70 operatives training schedules and blocking time out in their diaries for training
- Re-scheduling works in the operatives diaries, re-arranging repairs and maintenance and dealing with issues
- Re-distributing repairs when operatives are taking annual leave
- Accurately recording details into the in-house system
**If you have the following skills and experience we would LOVE to hear from you**:
- Own laptop/computer and phone is essential as equipment will not be provided however you will be given access to their system
- Must be computer literate including MS Excel
- You're used to working within a fast paced reactive role
- Previous experience working within a planning / scheduling or maintenance etc could be an adavntage but is not essential
- Details focused and able to use initiative
- Previous administration experience is essential
