**Position**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our successful Procurement Department, as a Contract Administrator, known internally as a Contract Negotiator. This is a Grade 2 Role

**Requirements**:
**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure offers/tender feedback received from suppliers and clients are updated
- Communicating with suppliers to achieve the best price for clients
- Run prompt acceptance process in line with Inenco processes and requirements
- Co-ordinate workload, proactively dealing with queries
- Assist with building and maintaining supplier relationships
- Provide regular updates to the the Procurement Management Team
- Engagement and communication with stakeholders

The tasks and responsibilities listed are not exhaustive and will be revised regularly. Duties may be amended to meet the changing needs of the business.

**Qualifications / Skills / Experience / Behaviors**
- Previous experience of working in an office environment
- Previous work experience as an Administrator, or similar role.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft, especially confidence in Excel
- Excellent organisation and prioritising skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Accurate with ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Strong ability to prioritise tasks.
- Able to work independently as well as a part of a team.
- Understands personal leadership and collaborates with others for success.
- Pro-actively works together to deliver a superior result.
- Ability to adopt a customer-centric approach ensuring stakeholders are satisfied with the service delivered.
- Is driven towards achieving results
- Ability to take ownership of the completion of tasks.
- Shows an interest in others and able to work on contacts outside of own team to help get the job done
- Adapts to change well and able to make suggestions for improvements
- Previous experience of employment in the Energy or Utility sector would be an advantage but not essential

**Salary**: £21k
- 23k pa DOE
