Are you a skilled administrator with good customer service skills. Or are you looking for your first step into an administration environment. If so SSCL in Blackpool are looking for Administrators to join the team on 6 month contracts

Responsible for performing transactional Order to Cash activities such as bank reconciliations, inputting and posting general ledger Journals, invoices, and debt collection activity.

Working as part of a proactive and supportive team. This is a hybrid role working Monday in the office and the rest of the week from home.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Ensure day to day service delivery and achievement of all Order to Cash SLA and KPIs by monitoring workloads and escalating issues that could affect delivery targets to the Management Team
- Receive and route incoming and outgoing internal and external mail
- Maintain records and filing systems, retrieving information as required
- Collate and issue documentation as required
- Assist in the production of standard management information and month end reports as required

**What you’ll bring**:

- Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines with support where required
- Articulate and able to develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with people at all levels both internally and externally

**It would be great if you had**:

- Previous knowledge and experience of working in a financial administration environment

**Salary**:£22,145 (pro-rata) inclusive of 3% flex fund
