**Full Job Description**
Based in Blackpool, we are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join our expanding insulation company.
**The Role**
This is a permanent, full-time role. 9am-4pm, Monday to Friday.
**Key Duties**:
- Order processing
- Creating and sending out invoices to clients
- Input data
- Booking in customer appointments
- Good familiarity with MS Office software
- Taking customer orders and payments
- Offering general admin support in all areas of the business
- Maintain a knowledge of the products we offer
- General administration
**Personal Qualities**
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving
- Excellent time management
This role will suit an individual who is used to working in a small office environment.
Full training will be provided.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: £18,594.00-£19,373.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Blackpool, FY3 9LT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
