**About you**
You will be an experienced Marketing or commercial executive, ideally with exhibition/events, and FMCG experience. A self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, and an excellent understanding of Excel. You should be a strong communicator with the ability to present to and discuss with stakeholders with confidence. The role requires a willingness to travel on a regular basis, involving evenings away from home.

**What you’ll be doing as a Shopper Marketing and Events Executive**
Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, the Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for the effective management and delivery of the annual Trade Marketing plan for the designated Refresco UK brands portfolio. The Trade Marketing Executive acts as a responsible and market-driven individual who is committed to developing strong teams, driving volume and profitably and at the same time acts as a role model in Refresco UK where it comes to Refresco’s core values and behaviors.

Event Management**: Plan, execute, and evaluate all attended events.
- ** Trade Media & Shopper Marketing**: Manage trade media spend and execute shopper marketing plans with brand owners.
- ** Market & Sales Analysis**: Analyse category market data, identify opportunities and contribute to sales forecasts.
- ** Brand & Customer Growth**: Work with the Marketing Manager to optimize customer terms and trade activity for brand growth.
- ** Strategic Planning**: Lead the brand calendar and review trade activity to support brand plans and campaigns.
- ** Cross-functional Support**: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams while maintaining relationships with customers and brand owners.
- ** Performance Reporting**: Prepare and present market sales, promotional activity data, and market intelligence insights.
- ** Budget & Forecast Accountability**: Ensure budget targets are met, investigate forecast variances, and take corrective actions as needed.
