Office Administrator

GB Partitions are a growing interior construction company, we are looking for someone to join our team as an Office Administrator two days per week with with option to increase their hours as the business grows
Key duties include:
- Taking telephone enquiries, scheduling meetings,
- Handle purchasing for the business,
- Deal with all incoming and outgoing invoicing.
- Monitoring Health & Safety compliance and arrange training for employees.
- Supporting management with general business needs.
Key skills:
- Construction industry administration experience.
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience. Specifically Xero
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- IT skills including the use of Microsoft 365.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Good attention to detail.
- Note taking skills and a willingness to learn.
We are a small construction business with around 15+ employees/subcontractors. The office is based in Weedon Northamptonshire and we undertake projects in the surrounding counties. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm.
Salary dependent on relevant experience
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
**Salary**: £10,000.00 per year
