What You'll Do:
As a Construction Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in keeping our projects running smoothly. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be key in supporting our construction teams and ensuring our operations are efficient and effective. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports
Coordinating schedules and meetings, ensuring everyone is on the same page
Managing correspondence and communication with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
Maintaining project files and records, ensuring easy access to information
Supporting the project management team in day-to-day administrative tasks What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an individual who is not only detail-oriented but also brings a cheerful spirit to the workplace The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience in a construction or administrative role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
