Responsibilities Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or function. Arrange meetings and meeting rooms for both internal and external visitors, welcome visitors and arrange tea/coffee/lunches. Provide a high level of administrative support to the Commercial and Technical teams. Maintain information in our databases, systems and registers. Requirements Experience working in a fast-paced, busy administrative environment. Ability to communicate written and verbally with people at all levels. Ability to deal with a number of tasks at the same time. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). What we offer Competitive basic salary. 26 days annual leave + public holidays + your birthday off. Opportunity to earn a 10% bonus. Company contributes 6.5% to your pension, plus other benefits.
