The role of Dealer Oversight Business Partner is really important to us. This newly created position will see you working with our dealers across the UK by attending meetings to review current regulations are adhered to, whilst also offering support and coaching to the field sales teams.

This role will be home based, with a large proportion of your time travelling to dealer sites across the UK and quarterly meetings in our Cardiff office. You’ll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager, and colleagues through regular contact and virtual interaction.

What would your day look like?

This role has been created to support our Account Management team in having meaningful and value-added conversations with our dealers about emerging regulations, and ensuring that our dealers are supported with recommendations of best practice to ensure that sales processes are documented and transparent, and ultimately that fair customer outcomes are achieved. Utilising SME knowledge to influence and grow sales relationships using guidance and support as a USP.

Arrange meetings with the field sales teams and dealerships to offer coaching and training on the latest compliance topics and standards.

Ensure a proactive and proportional approach is adopted in order to mitigate risk and achieve the requisite levels of oversight through implementation of Dealer improvement plans and “Assure” recommendation closure. Becoming an effective conduit between Dealer Oversight and all Sales teams

What do we expect of you?

Strong face to face communication skills from a financial sales background to help identify compliance issues from our customer base.

Excellent time management and ability to manage your own diary in an efficient manner so you are regularly meeting customers across the UK

Carried out training, coaching or mentoring duties to develop customers and sales teams’ knowledge of Financial Conduct Authority regulations
