Customer Safety Manager

From gas servicing to solar panels heat pumps and battery storage youll oversee the systems that power our homes today and help us prepare for tomorrow.Youll also have the opportunity to:Lead innovation trials and embed new technologies into our homes.Shape our approach to decarbonisation and sustainability.Develop strong relationships with contractors technical partners and internal teams.Influence service delivery across our diverse property portfolio.Where does this role fit inYoull join our Compliance Team and report to the Head of Compliance and Property Safety. Working closely with colleagues in housing care support sustainability and trades youll be the go to person for gas and renewable compliance. Youll collaborate with contractors and technical experts to keep standards high and our systems future ready. Youll have line management responsibility for relevant team members ensuring effective performance development and support within the compliance function.What skills and experience do you needYoull bring experience of managing compliance in housing or another regulated environment with a solid understanding of landlord responsibilities and the legislation that underpins safe homes. Alongside your knowledge of gas safety and renewable technologies youll be confident interpreting regulations and making them work in practice.Youll combine strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to use data and asset systems to keep everything accurate and audit ready. Just as important are your communication skills.
