You'll be made to feel part of your new team by your Line Manager, and colleagues through regular contact and virtualinteraction. **What would your day look like?** - Ensure that our funded dealers are provided with a professional and efficient service in an enthusiastic and knowledgeable manner at all times in order to maintain and develop business relationships. - In conjunction with the Dealer Funding Operations Manager, undertake the comprehensive administration of APAK Unit Stocking e.g. dealer set ups, vehicle funding releases and other APAK duties i.e. reconciliation of APAK audit tasks and related recommendations,maintaining all related records as appropriately required. - Assist in the documentation of offer, variation and termination letters, ensuring they are compliant in accordance with Company procedures, agreed terms and conditions and produced in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain up to date relevant filing includingscanning signed offers and related documentation. - Coordinate designated and assigned audit and risk checks e.g. reconciling APAK audits, ensuring highlighted issues are addressed and flagged as necessary, resolving issues of conflict, offering advice and guidance to colleagues and funded dealers, escalatingrisks appropriately as necessary. - Support the periodic review and renewal of Dealer Funding Loans, making recommendations for renewal/top-ups as appropriate, referring reviews to the Dealer Funding Credit Team. - Complete audit reconciliation of Stocking loan facilities ensuring payment schedules and agreed stock values are being maintained. - Assist the Dealer Funding Operations Manager in the collation of management information and reports, ensuring that they are produced and communicated in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, with active use of Microsoft Excel. - Maintain a comprehensive and up to date knowledge and understanding of MotoNovo Finance products and services, providing accurate information and proactively promoting them where appropriate - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and legislative information related to MotoNovo Finance products and services (e.g. ICOB, FCA Rules, Money Laundering, Data Protection, etc.) as advised by Line Management.
