Executive Assistant to Directors

_**Please note: this is a self employed role, for c.15 hours per week, with a blend of at-home and in-office working. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Administrator is required. A full UK driving licence and a car is also required (although this is not part of the day-to-day role).**_
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join the Moorview team, and support the Directors of the business.
**Responsibilities**
- Book travel & accommodation & manage expenses
- Organise multiple calendars and liaise with appropriate stakeholders
- Collate and arrange documentation for signing and post
- Administer mortgage, insurance & utility accounts relating to owned-properties (portfolio management)
- Answer & direct phone calls
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain & develop physical and cloud-based filing systems
- Update & maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain key contact lists
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a PA/EA/Office Administrator
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint in particular) and using Google Suite
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Flexible with a 'can do' attitude and growth mindset, prepared to take on new challenges.
