Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide. We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé. **About the clients**: **Electrolux** is a white goods company. Their mission is to create better living, and they have done this for 100 years. They strike the right balance between brand building and ecommerce, having recently launched their own D2C platform. The European team is located in Stockholm. This year they have bolstered their media team with new leadership and additional team members in order to accelerate their centralisation ambitions. **Essity** is a global Hygiene and Health company. They are "Dedicated to improving well-being through leading hygiene and health solutions". They have a stronghold in Europe with the Americas and Asia accelerating. They are mostly present across Feminine and Incontinence Care, Kitchen and Toilet hygiene across both B2C and B2B. They believe in brand building and as such have developed purpose-led campaigns, which take a stand, i.e. Viva La Vulva in 2019 (award-winning campaign), celebrating women’s intimate V zone. They also have a strong focus on sustainability, which is a key pillar of each brand’s marketing strategy. Across both clients, Zenith have been their global media agency since 2013, and this partnership keeps on strengthening every year. **The team**: The teams across Essity and Electrolux are both located in London. On Electrolux, the team is organised across three pillars: - Strategy: development of campaign ecosystems; strategy governance; media sufficiency. - Digital and operations: digital strategy and ad operations management; network management. - Digital performance: performance-led campaigns run from a centrally On Essity, you will be part of the Central Digital Hub, which manages planning and buying across all digital channels. It is organised across: - Planning: development of strategic responses for B2B - Operations: digital ad operations management for B2B This is an exciting Digital Planner role where your strong digital strategy and operational skills will come into play. Your ability to multitask and co-ordinate multiple stakeholders is critical and will be called upon every day. As a genuine people person who is digitally very proficient (across Social, Video, Display, Search & Programmatic), this role will provide you with the opportunity to work across the EMEA/USA/RU markets. You will report into the Global Digital Director.**Stakeholder management (Internal and External)** - You will be engaging with multiple stakeholders in Zenith Global as well as local market teams. We have a highly talented and diverse team and support groups that allow us to do our best work. The person we are looking for should be able to manage up/down/acrossand get things done. - In terms of Clients, you will interact with the EMEA, RU and USA media and performance teams. Again it is critical that you are able to initiate successful - engagements with Clients of different levels, expertise and backgrounds, as well as build trusted relationship with key Clients. **Business Development** - We grow by ensuring our Client’s businesses grow. Having a growth mindset is imperative. - You will be expected to continuously spot opportunities to sell Client solutions that they need for their business to flourish. **Qualifications** - Integrated, strategic media experience with a good understanding of digital (across social, video, display, search & programmatic) with knowledge of campaign management. - Ability to represent the agency in client meetings. - Previous experience working across multiple markets and working with a diverse team. **Additional Information** At Zenith Global, we believe that fostering an inclusive culture where all talent can thrive makes our company stronger and help drive invention in the work we do for our clients better.
