The Work - Support Planning Director to deliver outstanding work every time - Be go-to person for day-to-day running of the team and campaign delivery - Ensure you and Exec(s) on the team deliver operational excellence - Be the lead for smaller responses to client briefs - Look for proactive media opportunities to share with your client The Clients - Build strong, trusted relationships with key, day-to-day clients - Deliver and set example to Execs of immaculate client service (ICS) - Ensure ICS is delivered by your direct reports - Be proactive in day-to-day client management - Understand client’s business and identify and share category news The Commercial - Understand how we make money, be aware of growth opportunities - Support Planning Director to deliver win:win opportunities for the agency and client - Ensure absolute financial accuracy and PO management The Team - Manage 2 Execs - Lead by example, to help direct reports to be their best - Set clear progression plans for your direct report(s) - Embrace and drive positive culture within your team - Build positive relationships with partner agencies and suppliers Client Information Macmillan appointed Zenith in late 2019 and is an agency win that we’re particularly proud of. Macmillan’s primary objectives are to raise income by encouraging people to GIVE support to Macmillan and to also drive uptake of their cancer services by encouraging people living with cancer to GET support from them. As an organisation they are seeking change and are looking to Zenith to help drive seamless integration between their divisions, the main ones we focus on are included below: National Marketing Fundraising - with famous events such as World’s Biggest Coffee Morning, Brave the Shave and Go Sober, Zenith’s role here is to deliver effective campaigns with the goal to sign people up to take part. Legacies - A big part of Macmillan’s income & a strategic priority. Our role is to deliver effective campaign that drive consideration of leaving a legacy to Macmillan in their will. **Qualifications** We are looking for an ambitious, self-starting individual who can work autonomously on projects if needed, but also enjoys working within a team with a strong, collaborative working ethos. We want someone who has the necessary skills to add value to theirteam.
