As Planning Director within the Reckitt Health team, you will be the day-to-day lead with responsibility for the team’s output across Dettol, Gaviscon and E45 brands. You will report to the Business Director who runs the Reckitt Health team in the UK. Reporting to you will be one Planning Manager and one Planning Executive. You will be responsible for delivering immaculate client service, brilliant work and operational excellence for the brands you are responsible for, whilst making sure that the teamunder you continue to thrive. You will work in our London office in TVC. You also have the option of remote working as part of your working week, in line with the Publicis Groupe UK flexible working policy. The Work - Support Business Director to deliver outstanding work every time - Lead day-to-day output of the team - Ensure you and junior team deliver operational excellence - Be lynchpin for strategic RTBs to ensure best work comes together The Clients - Build strong, trusted relationships with key, mid-level clients - Deliver and set example of immaculate client service (ICS) - Ensure ICS is delivered by your direct reports - Be proactive and results orientated in day-to-day client management - Share and celebrate achievements with clients The Commercial - Understand how we make money, identify growth opportunities - Support BD/CP in driving account profitability - Understand contractual obligations on your clients - Identify and progress win:win opportunities The Team - Manage team of Managers/Execs - Lead by example, to help direct reports to be their best - Set clear progression plan for your team - Work effectively with BD/CP to support client goals - Lead positive relationships with partner agencies and suppliers **Qualifications** To ensure this role is a suitable match for you, we are looking for - A confident, ambitious and motivated planner who can work autonomously, but also enjoys working and leading a team.
