**The role**:
Reporting to the Head of Marketplaces, as Marketplace Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our eBay platform across several regions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of our and Travall eBay seller account.
- Monitor performance metrics, including sales, profitability and seller ratings.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines, and performance standards.
- Create and optimize product listings on eBay to maximize visibility and sales.
- Monitor market trends and adjust accordingly to optimize growth.
- Regularly monitoring, analysing, and reporting on performance against agreed KPIs.
- Utilising accessible data to identify trends in sales, products, and categories, and devising strategies to maximise the performance.
- Collaborating closely with the team to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
- Working with customer service to ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience across all platforms.
- Managing special offers, sales, and major promotional campaigns.
- Ambitious and sales driven.
- Enthusiastic about ecommerce and online sales, paying close attention to detail to enhance the customer experience and create comprehensive content for product pages.
- Some experience with eBay, coupled with a proactive, data-driven decision-making approach.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel for handling and processing extensive datasets would be beneficial.
- Capable of innovative thinking for problem-solving, adept at prioritising tasks.
- Commercially aware with strong business acumen.
- Be able to understand profit and margin.
- Have excellent computer and written communication skills.
- Ability to Interpret and analyse sales reports and customer traffic reports.
- Be able to organise and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Be proactive and use initiative to solve problems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
