**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Director of Business Solutions, you will help create, develop and oversee the deployment of ‘business solutions’ through the use of our solution design steps and processes. Working in close conjunction with colleagues in Business Development, Client Management, Product Management and Product Innovation, you will be expected to research and understand brand needs and then create and configure solutions that best meet the needs of our brand partners.

You will also support new business and growth opportunities that are critical to the Assurant Europe strategy. Responsibilities include:

- Identify brand prospects (or clients) needs and liaise with in-country and innovation teams to understand and evaluate all available capabilities
- Liaison with Product Innovation teams to input to product innovation roadmaps
- Provide input to the Business Development team to develop & execute client and new business development plans
- Work with Business Development team brands to create winning submissions for new business through RFI & RFPs
- Build and oversee delivery of Business Solutions ensuring that any new solution is taken to market in the optimum way as originally envisaged and designed
- Identify and lockdown initial high-level requirements and scope for own solution
- Gather all business and IT related costs to support the New Business Process and P&L creation

**Key Skills**:

- Experience of working in Mobile and Insurance markets
- Experience of business project management
- Good Facilitation and Presentation skills
- Proficient or awareness of a wide range of tools and software an advantage
