WHAT WILL THIS ROLE INVOLVE? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Senior eCommerce Manager to lead our digital growth across all online channels. In this role, you’ll shape and execute initiatives to drive traffic, boost sales, and optimise customer experience on our website and marketplaces. Working closely with Buying, Marketing, you’ll be accountable for trading performance, coordinate product launches, manage promotional activity, and ensure continual site improvements. WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? Drive the eCommerce strategy to deliver step-change growth through all digital channels, including the website and marketplaces Work alongside the Buying & Marketing teams, defining and leading any initiatives to drive additional traffic & sales Build awareness of commercial performance with team members by making commercial performance and outcomes highly visible and transparent Manage ongoing optimisation and continual improvement of our main website with a focus on delivering an industry-leading experience for our customers and community Undertake regular competitor and market research to identify areas of improvement and opportunities Monitor and analyse trading performance, producing timely reports and implementing action plans Plan and execute promotional activity and on-site activations in line with commercial priorities Coordinate the trading calendar to align product launches with stock availability and maximise full-price sales Partner with insights teams to refine reporting tools and support data-driven decision-making Manage on-site search, merchandising, and product recommendations, optimising third-party provider performance Oversee the implementation of new website features and functionality to support trading goals Use analytics to identify customer journey improvements WHAT WOULD WE LIKE TO SEE IN YOU? Passion for our product and everything digital Team player with great interpersonal skills Strong background in eCommerce ideally within a retail environment Highly organised self-starter with good time management & driven to succeed through a collaborative & hands on approach Exceptional attention to detail Detailed knowledge of Magento, Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO, PPP, Affiliates and Social platforms Positive can-do attitude Thrives working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment Use analytics to identify customer journey improvements that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth Proven experience in a senior eCommerce or digital trading role, ideally within a multi-channel retail environment Track record of delivering significant online revenue growth and commercial success Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions WHAT WILL WE OFFER YOU?
