**About the company**:
We're an online retailer in the automotive market and we own and operate multiple brands. Since launch in 2014, we've grown each of our brands across multiple sales channels including marketplaces like eBay and Amazon.

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our customer service team.

**About the role**:
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time, but you will be involved in various operational tasks alongside our customer services and warehouse teams.

**Your role will include**:

- Using our Order Management System to ensure orders can progress to the warehouse team, and work alongside the warehouse team to resolve any issues that arise
- Organising pallet collections for customers, and coordinating the logistics of moving goods between our various warehouses
- Proactively resolving issues that slow down order flow, such as wrong dimensions, address validation issues and stock discrepancies
- Working with the product and warehouse teams to prevent courier surcharges
- Processing manual orders when required
- Handling inbound customer services queries when required
- Ad-hoc tasks to help with our business needs

**Here's what we're looking for**:

- Strong communication skills
- Highly process-driven with a logical and inquisitive approach to working
- Able to manage own workload/daily tasks
- Comfortable using multiple different systems at one time
- Keen to get into the detail of why issues arise, not afraid to suggest and test solutions, and always thinking how we can streamline and automate processes further
- Highly focused on customers having a positive experience

Training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Monday to Friday, 10am till 6pm (or similar)

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
