**The Opportunity**
As our new Sales Operations Executive, you’ll have a keen eye for detail, an analytical mind and confidence with numbers. Our Sales Operations team is the engine room of our business, supporting and collaborating with our Sales teams for success We’re lookingfor someone who loves to get involved, enjoys working with as part of a team with great people, and wants to play a key role in the future of our team.
**Role Responsibilites**
- Accurately entering sales opportunity data into our sales processing tool (SAP)
- Regular cleansing of data to ensure information is always up to date and accurate
- Operating key sales processes efficiently and effectively
- Supporting Sales Operations Manager in improving systems, processes and procedures
- Working with the Sales team to build effective working relationships
- Communicating internally and externally to a high standard and in line with our brand
- Producing, checking and delivery accurate sales quotes
- Providing information for client documentation including Sales Proposals & Scopes of Work.
- Completion of vendor deal registrations to make sure we have the best price advantage possible
- Escalates any client queries, concerns or complaints efficiently to the right members of the team in order to reach rapid resolution.
**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role highly desirable but not essential
- Experience of working with SAP is desirable, although not essential.
- Confident with numbers and able to spot and correct errors
- Demonstrable standard of verbal and written communications
