Field Sales Executive - Telecommunications 馃搷 Location: Crewe 馃挵 Salary: 拢32,500 (including travel allowance) 拢60k Including OTE uncapped commission Exciting Opportunity Our client is seeking talented individuals to join their team in rolling out a cutting鈥慹dge Full Fibre network, delivering superior broadband across Britain. About the Role: As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our client's Full Fibre broadband services door鈥憈o鈥慸oor and at various events. Your mission will be to drive growth by expanding their presence in towns and communities served by their network. Key Responsibilities: Conduct door鈥憈o鈥慸oor sales in expanding territories. Attend events and engage with the community. Engage daily with both existing and potential clients. Secure referrals, endorsements, and introductions from existing customers. Identify and seize new sales opportunities effectively. Maintain and update customer and prospect databases regularly. Manage customer expectations and ensure high鈥憅uality customer care. Collaborate with team members to develop and refine sales strategies to drive new business. Our Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in direct face鈥憈o鈥慺ace sales, preferably within the energy or telecommunications sectors. Valid UK Driver鈥檚 Licence + Your own car / transport. Ability to work independently. Strong organisational and diary management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly self鈥憁otivated and target鈥慸riven. Committed to going the extra mile to achieve sales targets. What We Offer: Competitive starting salary of 拢26,525 Car Allowance of 拢6,000 per year An On鈥慣arget Earnings (OTE) of approximately 拢60,000.
