Permanent Facilities Administrator role based on Milton Park, Abingdon. This is a full time role with lots of parking on site.
**Client Details**
My client based on Milton Park, Abingdon are looking for an experienced Facilities administrator on a permanent basis. This position, as a member of the Facilities Team, is specifically responsible for providing administrative support. This involves ensuringall facilities documentation is appropriately managed, tracked and completed at each stage of the process, and that routine servicing, equipment breakdowns and Facilities maintenance requests are managed. You will report into the Office Manager, and be partof a team of three.
**Description**
Facilities Administrator responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and tracking Facilities documentation including, but not limited to, equipment metrology records service and qualification records, Facilities routine maintenance reports, breakdown reports, and engineers training and ancillaryrecords.
- Ensure all work is performed to agreed time scales and that senior staff are kept up to date with progress as appropriate.
- Ensure the Facilities asset management systems and SharePoint sites are maintained and up to date at all times.
- Scanning, uploading and filing of metrology records with information on equipment, servicing and repair etc. Updating associated trackers.
- Occasional supervision of junior staff may be required as appropriate.
**Profile**
The successful Facilities Administrator experience/ skills:
- Previous experience working in Facilities an Administrative role.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workloads under pressure.
- Good documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
