**AVTAV are proud to be working in cooperation with DHL a global logistics company proving courier, package delivery and express mail services**
- **Role** - Operations Agent
- **Location **- Oxford
- **Shifts** - Mon - Fri
- **Hours** - 10.30-19.30
- **Pay between 08.00am -19.00pm: £11.78 **per hour
- **Pay between 19.00pm - 08.00am: £14.28 **per hour
- **Pay Saturdays**:Additional **£1** per hour
- **Pay Sundays**:Additional **£2** per hour
- **Pay OT: £17.67**

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Capturing location and data information of shipments
- Invoice checks
- General administrative support including reception and warehouse
- Monitoring of data and data entry
- Handling internal and external customer queries delivering excellent customer service

**REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE**
- Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
- Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently
- Administration skills and computer literate essential
- Prior experience would be advantageous, but not essential as **full training **is available

** SECURITY CHECKS **

As this role is connected to a major UK airport applicants must be willing for Avtav to complete the following process on their behalf in line with Aviation Security Regulations.

Relevant Aviation security training completed in house by Avtav (not cost to applicant

**Salary**: £11.78 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abingdon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
