We are looking for a team player who can show initiative to join our busy team at SNS Group.

To be successful in this role strong organisational skills are key as your work with us will require you to maintain awareness of activity across various departments.

You have experience and confidence dealing with money and providing quotations as well as strong numerical skills as this will be a core part of your job with us.
- **Please note this is an office-based position and not a work from home opportunity**_

**Your responsibilities will include**:
**Job Commissions and Lead Generation**:
Responding to client booking requests and keeping accurate overview of jobs in progress.

Preparing client quotations and producing invoices through our CRM system

Support creative departments by assisting with client updates, CRM checks for job closing and liaising with freelance suppliers.

Assist our Creative Departments in identifying potential customers through research and outreach activities.

**Company Travel bookings**

Hand-in hand with job commissions here at SNS Group are travel requirements therefore your role will involve arranging various over-seas trips and keeping up to date with Visas and travel restrictions as part of this.

**Sales data collation and input**

Collation of data for our weekly and monthly spend and sales reports, inputting this accurately into existing templates

**Knowledge and experience**:
Experience providing sales quotations and working in a client facing role

Worked in a busy office environment

**Personal attributes**:
A bright, positive attitude with a willingness to be flexible and help out when needed

Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Confidence in dealing with both existing and potential customers with an ability to help promote SNS Group as a company

Ability to communicate on all levels with a high degree of professionalism

Can work well without supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00 per year
