We are now looking for a Sales Support Co-Ordinator to join our team on a basic salary of £25,000.

**About the Role**
The Sales Support Co-Ordinator is a multi-skilled role, split 50/50 between administration and customer service, and as such the role can be responsible for an array of tasks to manage the customer journey from order to delivery.
Responsibilities can include:
**Administration tasks**:

- Setting up deals and invoicing via our accounting system
- Controlling the admin process per deal via our Delivery Dashboard
- Reconciling additional costs on our CRM/accounting systems
- Forwarding invoices for payment
- Filing Supplier invoices
- Supporting our Field Sales Manager, by liaising with customers and dealerships throughout the delivery process e.g. availability updates, updating CRM, answering general customer queries, confirming and booking deliveries.
- Updating internal spreadsheets and CRM/accounting systems.

**Other key duties will include**:

- Excellent administration and organisation skills, controlling the flow of paperwork post customer order.
- Call handling - Excellent telephone manner, dealing with all customer call professionally.
- Ensuring customers are kept informed of delivery progress and any issues that may arise during this process, providing a high level of service throughout.
- Recording all information accurately on the company’s CRM system, in support of the Field Sales Manager, and ensuring tasks are completed within set timescales.
- Ensure compliance with all departmental quality procedures.
- Any other tasks as required by Management / Company Directors.

**About You**
For this role we are looking for you to have:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good IT literacy
- Customer Service Experience
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail

Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.
