**Sales & Lettings Co-ordinator**
**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
**Location**: Glasgow Southside

**Requirements**: Full UK driving licence & own car

Gallus Sales & Lettings is one of the fastest growing agencies in Glasgow with a stylish Southside office.

We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales & Lettings Co-ordinator to join our small, supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in property and gain experience across all areas of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support across both sales and lettings departments
- Liaise with clients, buyers, tenants, and contractors in a professional manner
- Manage diaries, arrange viewings, and handle property keys
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry requirements
- Assist with viewings and inspections at properties as required

**Requirements**:

- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Property experience advantageous but not essential - full training will be provided
