**ITSM Implementation Manager | Hatfield | £75-85k**

I am working with a UK-wide consultancy who are looking for an ITSM Implementation Manager to lead a growing team of System Implementers and Consultants to design, configure, and implement their internal ITSM system. This crucial system is used by both internaland external stakeholders alike.

You will also need to be adept at running workshops with key stakeholders to understand requirements, document them into specifications, and produce solutions specs. You will be continuing to build this team out and ensure further future delivery of Applicationsall whilst ensuring you're adhering to ISO27001 regulations.

You will need to have strong management experience as you will be managing a team of ten and you will need to have a strong technical background in Application Software. Strong ITIL Services background is key to this role. You will need to have strong hands-onexperience with Enterprise ITSM tools such as BMC, ServiceNow, Axios Assist, or other similar tools. Communication skills are key to this position, as is being able to ensure Projects are fully managed from end to end.

Further to this, our client are looking to move further into the ServiceNow space so any experience with this platform will stand you in good stead during the process.

This role is paying between £75k and £85k (depending on experience) plus benefits. The role is based 2-3 days per week from one of our client's many UK-based offices. If this role sounds like it could be of interest to you then please get in touch with Joshat Modis for more information.
