**Oracle Cloud Fusion Analyst - Supply Chain | Hatfield | Hybrid (2 days office)**

**About us**

**About the role**:
You will work within the Group IT Business Applications team and alongside other Supply Chain Analyst's to provide critical frontline support and change.

The role will involve resolving support issues in Oracle Fusion and scope to assist the business on new projects and deliverables whilst maintaining the integrity of financial information. Role and responsibilities include:

- You will be working closely with business users for continual service improvement and the Application Manager to ensure change requests are completed via the change management process, from the initial request through to implementation into the production environment.
- You will manage your queue of incidents through to resolution, ensuring that this is fully documented and working with Oracle Support if you cannot resolve this yourself.
- Other responsibilities will include: supporting our users with the SaaS quarterly update life cycle, highlighting trends and major incidents to your Team Leader, and documenting key processes and 'How to' guides to support other team members and knowledge share.

**What we're looking for**:

- Solid understand the ITSM frameworks relating to incidents, problems, and the change management lifecycle.
- Functional knowledge of Record to Report, Procure to Pay or Acquire to Retire processes and Oracle Fusion configuration and support experience in any of the following modules PO, AP, AR, CM, FA or PA.
- Experience managing Oracle Service Requests, including Sev-1 SRs and the SR escalation process.
- Other expertise required for the role will include troubleshooting problems, including functional replication of issues, and proven experience in change control management and release management processes.
