**About the role**

You will be working within the Financial Systems team, working side by side with the other support analysts to provide key frontline support. The role will involve resolution of support issues in Oracle Fusion as well as scope to assist the business on new projects and deliverables, whilst maintaining the integrity of financial information. You will be working closely with business users for continual service improvement, as well as the Application Manager to ensure change requests are completed via the change management process, from the initial request through to implementation into the production environment.

You will manage your queue of incidents through to resolution, ensuring that this is fully documented, working with Oracle Support if you are unable to resolve this yourself. Other responsibilities will include: supporting our users with the SaaS quarterly update life cycle, highlighting trends and major incidents to your Team Leader, and documenting key process and 'How to' guides to support other team members and knowledge share.

**About you**

You will also have experience of managing Oracle Service Requests, including Sev-1 SRs, and the SR escalation process. Other experience required for the role will include troubleshooting problems, including functional replication of issues, proven experience of change control management and release management, and Oracle OBI and OTBI.
