The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing operational and project support for the HR system, Oracle Fusion HCM. Responsibilities include managing the build, patches, upgrades and system development, data validation, testing, troubleshooting,training, colleague engagement and other project and integration related tasks. **Client Details** Exciting and varied Oracle Fusion HR Systems analyst permanent position for this Hatfield based leading IT company offering flexible hybrid working in their high trust environment with supportive senior management in place, who keen to assist employees personaland professional development. This role will be responsible for providing operational and project support for the HR system, Oracle Fusion HCM. Responsibilities include managing the build, patches, upgrades and system development, data validation, testing,troubleshooting, training, colleague engagement and other project and integration related tasks. Responsible for identifying and Developing opportunities for Improvements in HR system. **Description** Oracle Fusion HR Systems analyst duties and responsibilities; - Participate in the delivery of our people strategy and plans, leading on any expert aspects relating to HR Systems - Thorough analysis of release notes and upgrade information to identify impact to current business processes or new business processes - Identify scenarios for testing and prepare test plans / scripts - Execute all system testing in relation to Oracle Fusion HCM patches, upgrades and system development collaborating with the Payroll Specialist, People Services Delivery Manager and Reward & Analytics Specialist as required - Define business requirements to enable solutions in Oracle Fusion HCM - Develop future state design and recommendations for the implementation of processes, business rules and tools - Support and contribute to the documentation of "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability, to record accurately the change required - With the support of the Digital Learning Specialist and Training & People Development Manager, assist with the development and / or delivery of end user training - Perform daily data integrity / reconciliation checks and carry out corrections where required - Run / Create simple and complex ad-hoc reports as requested via Oracle Fusion HCM - Monitor automated reports and fix failures - Assist with month end reporting and the collation of People Data - Troubleshoot system issues and provide day to day support to all end users of Oracle Fusion HCM i.e., accessing and navigating the system, password resets, unlocking of accounts - Report issues to Oracle Support, identifying priority and escalating as necessary - Ensure that all Service Requests raised with Oracle are resolved in a timely manner and are suitably fixed - Confidently challenge and / or escalate Service Requests if / when responses are not satisfactory **Profile** Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience required - Prior HRIS/ Systems implementation, support or upgrades experience - HR and / or Payroll knowledge desirable but not essential - Demonstrated knowledge and familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM is preferred - Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills - Well-developed organisational and project management skills, detail conscious and committed to high quality - Able to build strong relationships with and influence key stakeholders - Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical information in a user-friendly way - Highly collaborative in approach, solutions orientated, flexible and open and willing to try new things and support other members of the team when required - Resilience and openness to change - Self-aware, open to feedback and with a strong commitment to personal and professional development - A strong sense of respect for others and the value that different perspectives can bring to an organisation, s/he will be deeply committed to diversity and inclusion **Job Offer** - Great flexible IT employer of choice with worldwide locations - Competitive salary and great benefits - Progression path
