As a Japanese Language Customer Service Advisor, we are looking for positive and confident individuals who can support, advise and assist our customers in a wide range of sports and gaming queries.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy, allowing 3 days per week to be performed at home.
**Preferred skills and experience**:
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.- Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese.- Previous experience in a customer facing role and a passion for delivering outstanding service.- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.- Ability to problem solve.- Competent computer, literacy and numeracy skills.**Main Responsibilities**:
- Supporting customers with a wide variety of account queries including payment, login, verification and bet queries.- Liaising with English-speaking internal departments in order to resolve customer queries.- Providing a positive customer experience and first time resolution.- Using internal tools to assist, taking ownership of customer queries.- Escalating queries when necessary.- Investigating issues thoroughly.- Promoting Responsible Gambling.- Maintaining awarenss of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.**Want to become part of the team?**:
