French Language Customer Service Advisor

As a positive, confident and enthusiastic French Customer Service Advisor you will have the desire to help, guide and assist our customers with their account queries and complaints.
We focus heavily on training and invest our time to develop you and your skills. You may not have any sports or betting knowledge, but due to our dedicated and comprehensive training plan we have the facilities to support and progress you as an individual.Your initial training will be completed on a day shift rota between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00, working any five days from seven. After this initial training, you will join your colleagues on the night shift where your development will continue.
This position is offered on a full time basis working Monday to Sunday, 7 nights on followed by a well-earned 7 nights off. There are two typical night shift patterns, one starting at 21:30 and finishing at 09:00, the other starting at 18:00 and finishingat 05:30. **Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in French.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with ability to translate between English and French.
- Ability to multitask.
- Self-motivation and solution orientation.
- Competent computer, literacy and numeracy skills; with attention to detail.
- Experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not essential.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Communicating effectively with our customers in the French language.
- Liaising with English-speaking internal departments in order to resolve our customers’ queries.
- Providing a positive customer experience and first time resolution.
- Using internal tools to assist and take ownership of your customer query.
- Investigating and escalating queries where necessary.
- Promoting safer gambling.
- Maintaining awareness of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
