Estonian Language Customer Service Advisor

As a positive, confident and enthusiastic Estonian Customer Service Advisor you will have the desire to help, guide and assist our customers with their account queries and complaints.
We focus heavily on training and invest our time to develop you and your skills. You may not have any sports or betting knowledge, but due to our dedicated and comprehensive training plan we have the facilities to support and progress you as an individual.
This position is offered on a full time basis requiring a flexible approach to working hours, working any five days from seven, including evenings and bank holidays. In return, we offer a competitive salary, career progression, a generous bonus scheme anda wide range of other benefits.
**Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience**:
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Estonian.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with ability to translate between English and Estonian.
- Ability to multitask.
- Self-motivation and solution orientation.
- Competent computer, literacy and numeracy skills; with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not essential.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Communicating effectively with our customers in the Estonian language.
- Liaising with English-speaking internal departments in order to resolve our customers’ queries.
- Providing a positive customer experience and first time resolution.
- Using internal tools to assist and take ownership of your customer query.
- Investigating and escalating queries where necessary.
- Promoting safer gambling.
- Maintaining awareness of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
Successful applicants will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
